Happy Birthday, Georgia

This card was made for my sister-in-laws mother. She is 92. She was out for dinner a few weeks ago and she really enjoyed my dogs, so I made her a dog card.

About Me

Barbara-Jacklyn Jay: I was born in upstate New York. I married a military man and traveled to Germany, Italy and the Philippines. Stateside, I lived in California, Maryland and Florida. Now Alabama is home. I have been the caregiver for my mother for the past 8 years. She is 90 and almost totally blind. She gets her hair done every week loves to shop for groceries and wears me out! I have been a widow for 6 years. I was married to a very wonderful, honest and loving man. We had a wonderful life together. I miss him everyday. I stay busy with my hobbies and my flower gardens. Iris and Lavendar are my favorite flowers. Oh, what the heck, I love Sunflowers and Black-Eye-Susans also. I grow some great weeds too! I have three children. Pam is the oldest. She lives in Slidell, LA with her husband, Phil, and my two grandchildren, Anthony and Autumn. My oldest son, Steve, lives in Shreveport, LA, with his wife, Kelly and two grandchildren, Maggie and Georgia. My youngest son, John, lives in Erie, Pa. He recently graduated from college. I have one sister, Pat. She lives right here in Mobile. She is a gourmet cook and treats us every Sunday with some of the best dinners in town.
